Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice and Takedown Policy

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.

6. Notice and Takedown Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
2. Notify the content provider, member, or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material
3. Terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances

7. Good Faith Requirement
